These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LVE Vapor wholesale portal and any orders placed through it. By registering for an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Our wholesale portal is available only to registered businesses. By registering, you represent that:

  • You are a legitimate business entity
  • You have the authority to bind your company to these Terms
  • All information provided is accurate and complete

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Order Placement

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Prices are quoted in the currency displayed and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

3.2 Pricing

  • Prices are based on quantity tiers and may change without notice
  • Quoted prices are valid for the period specified in the quote
  • Pricing errors may result in order cancellation

3.3 Minimum Order

  • Minimum order values may apply as specified on the portal
  • Certain product categories may have minimum quantity requirements

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

  • We accept bank transfer (TT) and other methods as displayed
  • Payment must be received in full before order dispatch unless otherwise agreed

  • Standard terms: 100% payment before dispatch
  • Extended terms may be available for established customers by agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

  • We offer shipping quotes through our network of freight forwarders
  • Customers may also use their own forwarder by arrangement

5.2 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
  • You are responsible for customs duties and import taxes

5.3 Inspection

  • Please inspect goods upon delivery
  • Report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours

6. Returns and RMA

6.1 Defective Products

  • Products may be returned if defective or not as described
  • RMA approval is required before returning any items
  • Contact us to initiate an RMA request

6.2 Non-Defective Returns

  • Returns of non-defective items may be accepted at our discretion
  • Restocking fees may apply
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our portal (logos, images, text) is our property or licensed to us
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
  • Product names and images remain the property of their respective owners

  • Our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased

  • Breach of confidentiality may result in account termination

10. Termination

  • You breach these Terms
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period
  • We cease operations or this product line

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
